Role Overview:

We are searching for a driven and experience Territory Manager to lead operations, sales performance, and team development across our Kelowna and Salmon Arm branches.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the territory, supporting two dynamic teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a positive, high-performing culture. You will act as a vital link between store staff and upper management, offering guidance, communication and encouragement to help teams achieve their goals.

This position requires regular travel between Kelowna and Salmon Arm and is ideal for a leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building strong, motivated teams.

What You'll Do

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across both store locations.
  • Travel regularly to Salmon Arm to provide in-person coaching and support.
  • Ensure both stores operate efficiently and meet compliance and quality standards.

Staffing & Scheduling

  • Build and manage schedules 3-4 weeks in advance.
  • Adjust staffing proactively to maintain strong store coverage.
  • Support stores by covering non-coverable shifts when necessary and addressing attendance concerns alongside Human Resources or your Regional Manager.

Hiring, Training & Development

  • Interview candidates who pass prescreening and help build strong, customer-focused teams.
  • Lead initial and ongoing sales training.
  • Deliver performance reviews on schedule and maintain coaching logs.
  • Inspire and mentor teams to consistently reach sales targets and grow their skills.

Sales Leadership & KPI Management

  • Support and execute outreach and outside-sales initiatives.
  • Track KPI's and ensure both stores hit monthly and quarterly goals/targets.
  • Analyze performance trends and take action when targets need support.
  • Ensure promotions and sales strategies are delivered with consistency and energy.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the main communication bridge between store staff and leadership.
  • Submit weekly operational updates and trackers on time.
  • Keep management informed on staffing, sales, events, and overall store health.

Customer Experience

  • Uphold high customer service standards across both stores.
  • Assist with escalations and support staff in delivering memorable customer experiences.

Events & Community Outreach

  • Participate in and support events, activations, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure both stores execute outreach strategies to grow customer engagement and local presence.

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
  • Ensure both stores meet merchandising and display standards.

Compliance

  • Ensure all team members follow company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold security and operational guidelines.

Compensation

Wage is starting at $45,000 + competitive commission structure + bonus eligibility

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of experience in the telecom industry (required).
  • 2+ years in a leadership role (required).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel regularly between Kelowna and Salmon Arm.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
