Calgary, Alberta, Canada Jenron Creative Landscapes a Division of Park Landscapes Ltd. Full time

Lead With Purpose – Grow With Us – Build Strong Relationships

Do you thrive in fast-paced, client-facing roles where no two days are the same? Are you someone who can juggle people, priorities, and details—while keeping quality, safety, and profitability front and centre? Do you enjoy being the connector between crews, subcontractors, clients, and leadership?

If that sounds like you, this could be the right next step.

A Bit About Us:

Jenron Creative Landscapes and Park Landscaping in Edmonton have recently joined forces. Moving forward, we will operate as Jenron Creative Landscapes, a division of Park Landscaping Ltd.

Together, we support a growing team of 80+ people in Calgary and 200+ in Edmonton, delivering landscape maintenance, snow services, irrigation, landscape construction, and pool installations across both residential and commercial properties. While we benefit from the strength of a larger organization, this role is based in Calgary and focused on supporting our Calgary operations.

We're proud of our strong safety culture, collaborative team environment, and long-standing client relationships, and we're excited about the opportunities this next chapter creates for both our people and our business.

Where You Fit In:

We're hiring a Snow & Maintenance Division Manager to help lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our snow and year-round maintenance services.

You'll act as a central point of accountability—not doing every task yourself, but ensuring the right systems, people, and follow-ups are in place so work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard. You'll work closely with ownership, operations, admin, supervisors, and subcontractors, and you'll play a key role in keeping the division running smoothly before, during, and after the season.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for snow and maintenance clients
  • Respond to service requests, concerns, and site issues professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate pile moving, hauling, and additional service requests as needed
  • Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and internal teams

Pre-Season Planning & Setup

  • Coordinate job handoffs between sales, admin, and operations
  • Help negotiate and onboard subcontractors, ensuring required documentation is collected and up to date
  • Ensure sites are properly set up in scheduling software (Aspire), including routes, maps, hazard assessments, and pre-season photos
  • Perform orientations, site documentation, and ensure proper communication tools
  • Ensure the division has the right equipment, materials, and fleet readiness going into the season

Operations & Scheduling (Snow & Maintenance)

  • Oversee route organization and daily adjustments based on weather, staffing, and site needs
  • Act as a daytime point of contact for crews and subcontractors
  • Support night operations through preparation, follow-up, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate fuel deliveries and seasonal materials
  • Assist with fleet repair coordination in collaboration with the Operations Manager

Quality, Safety & Performance

  • Conduct quality checks and site reviews to ensure services meet company and client standards
  • Ensure safety protocols, hazard assessments, and documentation are followed
  • Identify service gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support supervisors and crews with troubleshooting and problem-solving

Admin & Financial Coordination

  • Ensure accurate invoicing, invoice approvals, and job tracking
  • Ensure time entries, routes, and services align correctly in scheduling software
  • Support guaranteed hours tracking and nightly operational updates
  • Assist leadership in monitoring profitability and operational efficiency

Growth & Support

  • Help identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Support enhancement opportunities and recurring service growth
  • Be a team player—jumping in where needed during peak periods

Requirements:

  • 5 + years experience in snow operations and landscape maintenance
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Confident communicator with clients, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Comfortable coordinating people, schedules, and systems under pressure
  • Ability to identify site issues and make sound, practical decisions
  • Tech-comfortable (Aspire, scheduling tools, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to work a mix of office, field, and on-call seasonal hours
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Company phone and computer
  • Extended health & dental benefits
  • Mentorship and leadership development
  • Bonus and referral programs
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Seasonal flexibility (average ~44 hours/week, weather-dependent)
  • A real opportunity to shape and strengthen a core division of the company
