  • Perform end-to-end data health checks, reconciliations, and exception reviews across multiple data sources, including validation to the balance sheet.
  • Manage and maintain the data environment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely data delivery.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards and visual analytics to transform liquidity data into actionable business insights and "stories" for decision-makers.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline data cleaning and reconciliation workflows
  • Partner with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to align data standards, definitions, and control expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system resilience, data transparency, and process efficiency within the liquidity risk ecosystem.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools for dashboarding, data visualization, and storytelling.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is considered an asset.
  • Firm understanding of control frameworks, data governance, and reconciliation processes in a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with liquidity risk concepts, balance sheet structures, and regulatory metrics (e.g., LCR, NSFR) preferred.
