University Co-op Student-Business Analyst

Markham - Temporary 12 months 

Hiring salary range: $2, $3,189.88 / bi-weekly

Job Duties:

This Business Analyst Co-Op - Winter role will provide project and sustainment support assistance for the team accountable for the contact center at Hydro One Networks. 

Work may include activities such as the following:

Meeting coordination

Collection and management of critical project artifacts

Process documentation

Meeting presentation deck support and meeting participation

What will you learn?

A thorough understanding of the many different facets of technology required to run and deliver technology changes for a transmission and distribution company in the Contact Center workspace.

Selection Criteria

- Education: 3rd or 4th year of study

- Program / Area of Study:  Business Administration or Computer Science

- Soft / Technical Skills:  Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), SharePoint familiarity

The base salary for this role considers a variety of factors, including candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, education, and any applicable collective agreement requirements for union-represented positions.
