As a Project & Cross-Departmental Manager, you will oversee the development, planning, and execution of projects, ensuring collaboration across departments and tracking performance according to the SQCDEE model (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Engagement, Environment).

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, sustainable solutions that support the operational excellence of Yoplait Liberté Canada.

RESPONSABILITIES

Project Management

• Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of capital and continuous improvement projects, including managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project commissioning and performance follow-up to achieve operational objectives.

Development, Innovation, and Collaboration

• Improve internal practices and standards by integrating best approaches in safety, quality, productivity, and environmental compliance.
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to support business objectives while applying the SQCDEE model.
• Maintain close communication between departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Finance, etc.) and corporate teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Technical and Operational Support

• Provide organizational and technical support to internal teams.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize project outcomes.

Profile

• College or university degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in a continuous manufacturing environment, ideally in the food industry.
• Proven experience managing projects of various scales, including oversight of timelines, budgets, and performance.
• Knowledge of food industry regulatory standards (GMP, food safety, CFIA) and experience with CSA standards is an asset.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: able to coordinate teams, communicate effectively, and collaborate across departments.
• Experience working with technicians, supervisors, management personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of processing and packaging systems, as well as a broad perspective on manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and R&D.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, make decisions, and support operational efficiency.

À titre de chargé(e) de projets, vous piloterez le développement, la planification et la mise en œuvre des projets, en assurant la coordination entre les départements et le suivi selon le modèle SQCDEE (Santé/Sécurité, Qualité, Coût, Délai, Engagement, Environnement).

Vous collaborerez avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour proposer des solutions efficaces et durables.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Volet Gestion de projets :

• Participer à la planification, la coordination et la mise en œuvre des projets d'immobilisations et d'amélioration continue, incluant la gestion des échéanciers, des budgets, des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants.
• Assurer la mise en service et le suivi de performance des projets afin de garantir l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels.

Développement, innovation et collaboration

• Contribuer à l'amélioration des pratiques et standards internes, en intégrant les meilleures approches en matière de sécurité, qualité, productivité et respect de l'environnement.
• Proposer des solutions adaptées et innovantes pour soutenir les objectifs d'affaires, tout en appliquant le modèle SQCDEE (Santé/Sécurité, Qualité, Coût, Délai, Engagement, Environnement).
• Maintenir une communication étroite entre les différents départements (Production, Maintenance, Qualité, R&D, Finance, etc.) et les équipes corporatives afin d'assurer la cohérence et le succès des projets.

Support technique et opérationnel

• Fournir un appui organisationnel aux équipes internes, selon l'expérience du candidat.
• Collaborer avec les superviseurs, techniciens et autres intervenants pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et optimiser les résultats des projets.

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en technologie alimentaire, en génie industriel ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier en continu, idéalement dans le secteur alimentaire.
• Expérience en gestion de projets, incluant la coordination de mandats de différentes envergures, avec suivi des échéanciers, budgets et performance.
• Connaissance des normes réglementaires du secteur alimentaire (BPF, sécurité alimentaire, ACIA) et expérience avec les normes CSA est un atout.
• Leadership et habiletés interpersonnelles : capacité à coordonner des équipes, communiquer efficacement et collaborer avec différents départements.
• Expérience de travail avec techniciens, superviseurs, personnel de direction, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
• Bonne compréhension des systèmes de procédés et d'emballage, ainsi qu'une vision globale des domaines manufacturier, qualité, maintenance et R&D.
• Capacité à analyser et résoudre des problèmes, à prendre des décisions et à soutenir l'efficacité opérationnelle des projets.
