How will you contribute to our success?
As a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion you will:
- Roll out the CSL global workforce planning process in collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Develop and deploy employer branding strategies across CSL's global operating regions.
- Continuously improve recruitment and selection strategies, tools and processes worldwide.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Canadian and U.S. office and crew positions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate pools through networking and social media.
- Manage and optimize the Talent Acquisition System to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Lead the development and implementation of CSL's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy, including initiatives, accessibility action plans, DEI data reporting and collaboration with the DEI Committee and ESG teams
- Lead initiatives to attract, recruit and occasionally relocate an international workforce.
- Develop strategies to attract early-career talent through internship, scholarship and cadet programs.
- Act as an ambassador of the CSL employer brand at career events and industry activities.
The Skills You Will Bring To Our Team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition strategy, recruitment processes and internship programs.
- Bilingual (English and French) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
