Stagiaire vétérinaire d'été – Bovins

En tant qu'étudiant d'été dans notre entreprise, vous aurez l'occasion de travailler avec divers professionnels de la santé animale dans un environnement commercial, clinique et de recherche. De plus, ce stage constitue une excellente opportunité pour découvrir les activités de notre entreprise Santé Animale, offrant des expériences d'apprentissage précieuses et une visibilité pour les jeunes professionnels intéressés par le bétail.

Dans ce rôle, votre projet consistera à:

• Participer à un projet de recherche axé sur la reproduction laitière en partenariat avec une clinique ou une ferme.

• Collaborer avec le chef de projet de notre entreprise et la faculté universitaire tout au long du projet d'été.

• Effectuer la collecte sur site des échantillons pertinents.

• Saisir et analyser les données recueillies.

• Préparer un rapport à présenter à notre entreprise Santé Animale et au partenaire et/ou à une association locale/provinciale pertinente.

Qualifications:

• Intérêt pour la médecine bovine

• Intérêt pour la médecine des populations

• Étudiant vétérinaire à temps plein à la Faculté de médecine vétérinaire de l'Université de Montréal

• Disponible pour l'ensemble du mandat d'étudiant d'été (mai-août 2026)

• Capacité à respecter les protocoles de biosécurité et les exigences locales de santé publique

• Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les membres de l'équipe et les équipes interfonctionnelles

• Permis de conduire et accès à un véhicule requis

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, avec une supervision limitée

• Capacité à apprendre et appliquer rapidement de nouvelles informations

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)

• Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite)

• La maîtrise du français est requise

Domaine d'études requis:

• Médecine vétérinaire.

Exigences pour la candidature

• Téléverser une preuve d'inscription pour le semestre d'automne 2026.

Summer Student, Scientific Marketing Affairs – Animal Health – Cattle

As a Summer Student for our company, you will have an opportunity to work with various animal health professionals in a business, clinical and research environment. Moreover, this is a great way to gain exposure to our company's Animal Health business offerings, providing valuable learning opportunities and exposure for young professionals with an interest in cattle.

In this role your project would consist of:

• Participation in a research project focused on dairy reproduction in partnership with a clinic or a farm.

• Engagement with our company project leader and University Faculty throughout the summer project.

• On site collection of relevant samples.

• Entering and analyzing data collected.

• Preparing a report to be presented to our company's Animal Health and partner and/or a relevant local/provincial association.

Qualifications:

• Interest in cattle medicine.

• Interest in population medicine.

• Full-time veterinary student at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at University of Montreal.

• Must be available for the entire summer student mandate (May-August 2026).

• Able to comply with biosecurity protocols and local public health requirements.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.

• Driver's license and vehicle access required.

• Ability to work independently, with limited supervision.

• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly.

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).

• Fluency in French is required

Required field of study:

• Veterinary Medicine.
