Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with strong HR functional experience and S/4HANA migration exposure. The ideal candidate will work across core HR modules, data migration, integrations, statutory compliance, and cutover activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP HR/HCM experience
- Hands-on in PA, OM, Time Management & Payroll
- S/4HANA migration experience (compatibility packs, FI postings, HR-GL integration)
- HR data migration using LSMW, BODS, LTMC/Direct Transfer
- Integration using CPI/PI-PO, IDoc & OData services
- Knowledge of roles/authorizations & structural authorizations
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology & WRICEF governance
- Statutory & compliance: PF, ESI, Income Tax, labor laws, GDPR/data privacy
- Cutover & payroll/time parallel runs + rollback strategies
- Strong documentation, communication & stakeholder engagement skills
