Part-Time Barista and FOH Support

We're looking for a part-time experienced specialty coffee barista who thrives working in a fast-paced fun team. We are a busy shop, and you MUST have at least 2 years of experience in specialty coffee, as well as thrive working in a busy environment. We're a fun well organized experienced team. Plus, we start Happy Hour liquor and food service at 4pm daily via table service.

This is a part-time position that has shifts in the mornings, afternoons and on weekends (approx hours per week) to start and can turn into full-time for the right candidate.

Beyond making awesome drinks, we are looking for people who are outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable about Kitsilano, Vancouver and community engagement.

A vital part of the job is to be an ambassador for our beloved Kitsilano neighbourhood. We take great pride in making locals and tourists feel at home in our community. Job Type - Part-time

Barista Candidates MUST possess ALL of these attributes:

• Be available to work weekends between 7am-8pm
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Have AT LEAST 2 year of experience in specialty coffee and hospitality
• Be very fast and efficient while maintaining order accuracy
• Be mature and confident when working alone
• Have good problem-solving skills
• Clean and orderly
• Serving It Right Certified
