ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Maximum technician, you will gain extensive knowledge and experience in the service, installation and maintenance of countless forms of commercial and residential HVAC equipment and their associated systems.

A typical day on the job would include but not be limited to:

  • Responding to service requests across the Maximum client portfolio. Exercise your trade expertise to perform diagnostics, repairs and solutions for HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Performing service and maintenance on HVAC systems across our vast portfolio of jobsites.
  • Working in concert with management, office staff, and fellow field level workers to deliver valuable service to our clients.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Journeyman Refrigeration & AC Mechanic
  • Advanced commercial service experience including but not limited to rooftop units, makeup air systems, split systems, boilers and heat pumps
  • Service and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a Clean Record
  • A positive attitude with emphasis on teamwork
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including customer relations and paperwork.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
