We are seeking an experienced
E&I Maintenance Supervisor
to lead our electrical and instrumentation maintenance team in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and instrumentation technicians.
- Schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolution of issues with PLCs, drives, sensors, and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP (CMMS) for work orders, parts, and maintenance history.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with Engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
- Plan, recommend and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support teams in problem solving.

Relevant Experience & Strengths
- Strong commitment to safe work behaviors and safety compliance.
- Proven experience as a technical leader with the ability to solve problems, make decisions and lead a team in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution and instrumentation.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Knowledge of Lean continuous improvement principles is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Collaborative spirit that inspires and engages teams to achieve excellence.
- Agility necessary to work with various technology tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or licensed electrician qualifications - 309A or 442A
- Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of industrial electrical and maintenance experience.
- Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of MS365.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is highly desirable.
