Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Trainer – Wealth Management based out of our Toronto office.

About the Team:

You will join our Wealth and Asset Management Training faculty, a globally collaborative team that designs and delivers programs and academies for banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multilaterals, with high visibility across client engagements.

Trainers are expected to attend the office on a regular basis when not fulfilling training commitments.

How You'll Make an Impact: 

  • Design and deliver high-quality training across wealth and asset management programs and academies—via in-house, virtual, and public courses—to improve client decision-making, risk management, and portfolio outcomes
  • Translate complex wealth management concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences aligned to client objectives and Fitch Learning quality standards
  • Prepare and continuously enhance training materials and assessments to reflect evolving industry practices, regulations, and product innovations
  • Support business development as a subject matter expert—participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals, and presenting program solutions to client stakeholders
  • Serve as the first point of contact for content, technical, and process questions related to wealth and asset management, strengthening client trust and program effectiveness

You May be a Good Fit if you have: 

  • Extensive wealth/asset management experience within an investment manager, commercial or investment bank, financial regulator, or similar financial institution
  • Proven presentation skills and confidence teaching complex topics to diverse audiences (virtual and in-person)
  • You are an effective communicator with a passion for education and measurable impact on learner outcomes

FOR TORONTO: The base salary for this position begins at $150,000 CAD annually. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
