About the role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering Honest Farmer grocery baskets to our customers on-time and in a professional way. A usual day will include loading and driving deliveries, picking up returnable, and ensuring all deliveries are updated in our delivery app as you go.

Hourly Wage Range: $22.00-$25.00 hourly

Schedule: 8-12 hours, Fridays. Potential to increase delivery days as business grows.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering grocery baskets to customers throughout Vancouver and assuring product is delivered as expected, with no items missing, to the correct customer every time.
  • Calmly navigating deliveries throughout Vancouver to residential and urban areas.
  • Strong ability to read maps & follow directions.
  • Loading grocery baskets into the van strategically to simplify the delivery route, while ensuring baskets are safe and secure.
  • Greeting our customers with a smile as you run into them on deliveries.
  • Utilizing our Shopify app after each delivery so our customers have real- time updates.
  • Responding to calls and texts on The Honest Farmer phone pertaining to your current delivery route.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Experience with delivery vans is an asset.
  • Willingness and ability to work outside for periods year-round.
