Project Manager – Medical Capital Equipment (Full-Time)

Medical Equipment | Project and installation Coordination of Projects | Customer-Facing Role

We are a rapidly growing capital medical equipment manufacturer seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead full‑cycle project delivery. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in equipment installation, project coordination, and customer-facing project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project execution from contract award to installation and customer handover
  • Coordinate equipment delivery, site preparation, installation, and commissioning
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring clear, proactive communication
  • Track and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
  • Support finance with invoicing and payment collection
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, capital equipment installation, construction coordination, or related fields
  • Experience in direct sales environments or customer-facing project roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willing to travel to customer sites in the USA
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
