Senior Estimator – Interior Fit-Out

Salary:
$120,000–$150,000 + Benefits + RRSP

Location:
Toronto, ON

We are seeking a
Senior Estimator
with deep experience in
interior commercial fit-out projects
to lead pricing, budgeting, and pre-construction strategy across high-quality builds.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare detailed and conceptual estimates for interior fit-out projects (ICI / commercial interiors)
  • Lead bid strategy, subcontractor pricing, and scope review
  • Analyze drawings, specs, and contracts to identify risk and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, construction teams, and clients during pre-con
  • Provide value engineering and cost optimization recommendations
  • Support negotiations, change pricing, and cost controls as needed

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of estimating experience,
    strongly focused on interior fit-outs
  • Proven success estimating commercial / ICI interior projects
  • Deep knowledge of trades, materials, sequencing, and market pricing
  • Strong communication, leadership, and judgment
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
