Empire Roofing Corporation is currently hiring a Roofing Labourer to support our Service Department in Windsor. We're a well-established commercial and industrial roofing company with over 35 years of experience, offering full-time, year-round employment. Role Overview: As a Roofing Labourer, you'll assist with roof repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks on commercial buildings. You'll work primarily with TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing systems-one of the cleanest and most efficient flat roofing materials. This role involves physical labour, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help inspect roofs for damage or leaks
  • Assist with installing and repairing TPO roofing membranes
  • Clean and maintain roof surfaces, remove debris, and apply sealants
  • Support senior technicians with tools and materials
  • Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear
  • Travel to job sites, including out-of-town locations when required

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial roofing preferred
  • Familiarity with TPO roofing is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Access to CSA-approved safety gear and basic tools
