Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and management of various projects while ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior project managers in delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Duties

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project implementation.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including vendors and team members.
  • Participate in risk management activities to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project & Procore for tracking progress and managing tasks.
  • Conduct data analysis and collection to support project decisions and improvements.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholder meetings to communicate project status and updates.

Skills

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Procore
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams or managing vendors.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and quality management practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools such as SAS or Visio is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks within deadlines.
