  • Develop, maintain, and optimize core ASC platform components built on .NET and Azure.
  • Strengthen system stability, monitoring, and recovery processes, aligned with the CTOs Platform Stability & DR roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Majid to implement new product features and internal API integrations.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve code quality, documentation, testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven automation for repetitive engineering tasks (e.g., log triage, code refactoring, data validation, or release note generation).
  • Work with the CTO to prototype AI features within the ASC platform, such as document parsing, anomaly detection, or workflow intelligence.
  • Support Zach on backlog grooming, code reviews, sprint planning, and QA.
  • Enhance documentation quality across ASC services and data flows.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and propose technical improvements proactively.

Technical Skills:

  • Backend: C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, REST APIs
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL, Monitoring)
  • Frontend: React (preferred) or Angular
  • Database: Azure SQL / MS SQL Server
  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent
  • AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, Azure OpenAI Service, or equivalent

(experience required)

  • Bonus: Familiarity with insurance or financial services platforms

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production .NET applications.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance software development and automation.
  • Solid grasp of software design patterns, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, async environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation habits.
  • Availability during North American business hours (at least 46 hours overlap daily).
