This is a 6 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (2 days/ week) (Subject to change: 3–5 days onsite may be required based on business needs).

Typical Day in Role:


• Content Development:

o Create high-quality, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for cybersecurity operations and executive reporting.

o Develop written and visual content for special projects and strategic initiatives within cybersecurity programs.

o Produce clear, structured documentation that supports the execution and delivery of cybersecurity programs.

o Ensure all content aligns with organizational branding and messaging standards.


• Collaboration & Independence:

o Work closely with cybersecurity leaders and subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content.

o Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.


• Creative Strategy:

o Bring innovative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

o Use design principles and best practices to create impactful visuals and layouts.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 5+ years of content writing experience, with at least 2+ years in a global enterprise setting

2) Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other content creation tools

3) Experience working in technology domains

4) Experience with corporate branding and visual storytelling.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Bilingual in Spanish is an asset

2) Experience with cybersecurity – if they have done technical writing for this space, will set them apart

3) Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
