Our Vancouver based client is seeking a
Oracle Customer Data Management / Fusion Data Quality Specialist
for a 12-month contract position (100% remote across Canada)

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) / Fusion Data Quality Specialist to support a major data integration initiative focused on customer and supplier data. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data quality, match-and-merge processes, and integration workflows across Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support integration efforts involving Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) and Oracle Fusion Data Quality components.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize match and merge rules, survivorship logic, and data governance processes for customer and supplier records.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement APIs, ODI, OIC, and other integration points required for data synchronization across systems.
  • Analyze data issues and recommend solutions to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing related to CDM/Data Quality functionality
  • Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of data conflicts or integration failures.
  • Provide guidance and best practices in MDM, data governance, and data quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Customer Data Management and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, specifically Data Quality components.
  • Strong understanding of match and merge capabilities, transformation rules, survivorship logic, and party data models.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle integration tools (e.g., OIC, ODI, REST/SOAP APIs, or similar).
  • Experience in customer and supplier master data integration across multiple systems.
  • Solid understanding of MDM principles, data quality frameworks, and data governance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Supplier Data Management (SDM) in Oracle Fusion.
  • Familiarity with data migration strategies in large ERP/CRM implementations
