  • Book crew airline tickets following established standards and price guidelines and obtaining approval when expenses exceed fixed limits.
  • Coordinate seamless ground transportation for crews, ensuring timely and efficient travel to destinations while adhering to established standards and price guidelines.
  • Input all crew travel logistics into the flight scheduling software.
  • Process any necessary cancellations of crew travel logistics, ensuring timely and accurate updates to travel arrangements.
  • Assist with reconciling the company credit card statement for any charges related to crew travel.
  • Manage and maintain databases related to travel arrangements, including hotels, transportation, crew loyalty programs, and passport information in the flight scheduling software and travel management tool.
  • Actively participate in the AirSprint Travel Committee.
  • Research and identify cost savings opportunities.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Operation Control Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in travel coordination or a related role within the aviation or hospitality industry.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Post-secondary education in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality.

  • Are good at handling change and can adjust to new situations.
  • Focus on getting things right, down to the last detail.
  • Have good analytical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Have great judgment and decision-making skills.
