Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Orchestry Full time

Locations:
Canada, UK, Netherlands

Department:
Partner Sales

Reports To:
Director of Partnerships

About Orchestry
Orchestry is a remote-first SaaS company that helps organizations simplify governance, adoption, and growth within Microsoft 365. We believe great tools should empower people—not overwhelm them. As we scale, we're looking for people who love autonomy, embrace thoughtful collaboration, and are excited by building alongside an early-stage team.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a tech-savvy Partner Manager for the European, Middle East and African regions, where you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Orchestry's partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, identifying and recruiting new partners, and nurturing existing partnerships to achieve mutual success and drive revenue growth. As a leading Microsoft ISV, we develop innovative SaaS products that empower organizations to effectively manage Microsoft 365. At Orchestry, we believe in the power of strategic partnerships to enhance our reach and impact in the market.

You have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, and a desire to make a significant impact in the software industry

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage partner sales pipeline in the EMEA regions
  • Actively identify and recruit new strategic partners in the EMEA regions
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities
  • Develop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Provide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trends
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Monitor and update our CRM and related systems with critical partner intelligence
  • Other partnership and sales activities as required, from time-to-time.

What You Bring

  • 3 -5 years of proven experience in partner management or business development in the technology industry in EMEA, (bonus if in an early-stage startup environment)
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners
  • Technically-savvy with a flair for product demos
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams especially in remote, async-first cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events, ~20% of the time within EMEA
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong English skills are a must-have - optionally Dutch, French, German and Swedish are a big plus

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • We're a fully remote, async-friendly company
  • Small but mighty team with plenty of room to grow
  • High trust, low ego environment—we value outcomes, not facetime
  • Regular team touchpoints and virtual events
  • EU & UK compliant vacation policy and flexible schedule
  • A career-progressing opportunity to shape the future of our product, culture, and team

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package aligned to our location & phase of growth, including:

  • OTE €120,000 - €160,000 Euro per annum
  • 100% remote work setup with schedule flexibility
  • Comprehensive Benefits package including additional mental health, HSA and more.
  • Professional development programs and home office allowance
  • Regular team retreats and swag, opportunities to connect both in person and via remote events

Application Process

Our interview process is friendly, transparent, and designed to help both sides learn. It typically includes:

  • Recruiter screen
  • Hiring manager interview
  • Peer Interviews
  • Mock demo presentation
  • Final Leadership interview

We aim to wrap our process within ~4-6 weeks, depending on schedules.
