About Us

Golden Lotus Fertility is a professional fertility and family-building agency headquartered in Canada and the United States, with partner operations throughout North and South America and worldwide.

We assist individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood through our comprehensive egg donation, sperm donation, and surrogacy programs, providing full coordination, education, and compassionate support at every step.

We are expanding our Community Ambassador Network to increase awareness and outreach across universities, communities, and families who share our family-building mission.

1. Campus & Community Ambassador (Egg & Sperm Donor Programs)

Ideal for: College or university students and young professionals (ages 19–35)

Focus: Outreach, education, and coordination for egg and sperm donor recruitment across Canada, the U.S., and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote our egg and sperm donation programs through campus initiatives, social media, and community networks.
• Educate and guide prospective donors through the first steps of safe, regulated, and compensated donation.
• Build awareness and engagement online and in-person with student groups and local organizations.
• Collaborate with our coordination team to ensure smooth communication with applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Canadian or U.S. high-school diploma (college / university preferred).
• Energetic, responsible, and professional communicator.
• Interested in health, family services, or social-impact initiatives.
• Asset: Residing in the Greater Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver regions.
• U.S. applicants are highly welcomed to apply as ambassadors or to participate directly in our donor programs.

2. Surrogacy Coordinator / Community Ambassador (Age 30 +)

Ideal for: Responsible, empathetic adults passionate about supporting women and families.

Focus: Coordination and support for surrogacy journeys across Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Support surrogates throughout every stage — from prescreening to delivery.
• Coordinate communication between surrogates, intended parents, and partner clinics.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and travel planning.
• Provide compassionate, reliable, and ethical support consistent with our global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Canadian or U.S. high-school diploma (college / university preferred).
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organization skills.
• Experience in healthcare, caregiving, education, or administration an asset.
• Asset: Based in the Greater Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver areas.
• U.S. applicants are highly welcomed to apply as ambassadors or to participate directly in our surrogacy programs.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base pay + performance-based bonuses for successful outreach and coordination.
• Flexible hours / remote or hybrid work options.
