Role Overview:

We're hiring seasonal tax preparers for Feb–May. You'll handle full client interactions (in-person, drop-off, remote) and prepare T1 returns, including self-employed, rental, investment income, and newcomers. Work alongside experienced staff with access to our client portal and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate T1 returns for individuals & small businesses
  • Manage client interactions and explain tax situations clearly
  • Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Follow our systems for in-person and remote returns

Requirements:

  • 2+ tax seasons experience
  • Strong communication, client service, and independence
  • ProFile experience preferred, not required
  • Fluent in Mandarin a plus

Schedule & Pay:

  • 20–40 hours/week (flexible part-time or full-time)
  • Pay: $18–$21/hr + end-of-season bonus
  • Short orientation + ongoing support provided
