Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator located in Mississauga, ON. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating logistics activities, providing customer service, and performing administrative tasks. The role involves managing shipments, analyzing operational data, communicating with clients and team members, and ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze operational data and improve efficiency
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Experience in Operations Management to oversee and coordinate logistics activities is preferred
  • Customer Service skills to address and resolve client issues
  • Administrative Assistance skills to perform daily administrative tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in Business Administration,Transportation and customs, Logistics, or related field is preferred
