Data Wrangler

, you'll be the backbone of our studio's data operations — ensuring that every file, render, and asset flows smoothly through our production pipeline.

You will manage the organization, transfer, and integrity of all digital assets used across our Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite projects. - Maintain consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and project templates.
- Manage backups, cloud transfers, and archiving of completed projects.

- Work closely with artists, producers, and IT to ensure assets are always versioned and available.
- Handle sensitive data securely and keep detailed logs of incoming/outgoing transfers.
- Keep our servers tidy, efficient, and organized.
- Create proxy and previews for the production and communication department.

  • Execute end-of-project data handovers
  • Test archived projects to ensure integrity and relinking

Tools: Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, Aspera, AWS S3, FTP, cloud sync tools

  • Verify renders for completeness, resolution, naming, and frame accuracy
  • Assist with output compression and optimization for archiving

Data Security, Backup & Infrastructure Maintenance
