Overview

We are hiring an experienced Drywaller with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall surfaces to create smooth, paint-ready finishes. Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently measure, cut, and install drywall sheets in damaged areas.
  • Performing drywall repairs, patching holes, cracks, or water-damaged sections with speed and precision.
  • Feathering out the joints to achieve a smooth and clean finish.
  • Proficiency in framing and boarding ceiling, bulkheads and columns
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
  • Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required.
  • Embedding and smoothing tape over joints to reinforce and blend them into surrounding drywall.
  • Work efficiently with other trades on-site to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a drywaller.
  • Proficiency in taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.

Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
