This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

We are currently seeking an Order Support Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing order support and processing orders & shipping records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into company systems with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Prepare and update customer quotes based on established pricing models.
  • Upload, track, and monitor shipping information, including carrier tracking numbers and delivery status updates.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and related documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft office experience is a must.
  • Computer skills, the ability to easily navigate software (Google Workspace, Excel, Gmail) and the ability to type with attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Positive and motivated attitude with a strong compassion for customers and sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a very high degree of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, both in person and on the phone.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Entry experience, preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kanata, ON K2K 2X3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
