Company Overview

GotoDoctor, with its subsidiary Enhanced Care Clinic, is a nationally recognized healthcare technology and services company that has successfully commercialized its innovative Service Engine platform across Canada. The platform integrates with public healthcare systems, delivering team-based Primary Care through family physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and allied health professionals. Its unique model, combining virtual and 250+ in-person pharmacy and clinic locations, is fully aligned with the Canada Health Act and avoids creating a parallel system. Gotodoctor's proven scalability and interoperability have driven adoption by major insurance carriers (Manitoba Blue Cross, SEB/Co-operators, Union Benefits), leading pharmacy networks (Rexall, McKesson Canada's Guardian, IDA, Remedy'sRx), government programs, and pharmaceutical firms (Novartis Canada). Serving over a million Canadians, Gotodoctor delivers measurable health improvements, reduces wait times, and ensures a seamless, uniform patient experience across public, private, and employer-sponsored healthcare ecosystems.
