Position Summary:

NP Group is seeking a Client Services Representative for our Toronto (Scarborough) office.

The Client Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining our current customer base and effectively developing a new client base by responding to customer inquiries and efficiently processing sales orders. The Client Service Representative will be directly accountable to the Sales & Marketing Manager. They will ensure that all customer service activities adhere to the Company quality standards, follow current procedures and policies, and complete all required documentation according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer phone lines and redirect calls as necessary

· Process sales orders; identify customer's needs and opportunities to upsell additional products

· Conduct telephone campaigns to target existing and new customers

· Evaluate product returns and update customer files and internal databases

· Resolve customer complaint issues to ensure quality customer service standards are achieved by impacting the client experience positively

· Assist with marketing efforts and promotional items

· Provide administrative support to other departments as required

· Other duties as required

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1 year Retail sales experience

· Solid communications skills; both written and oral

· Excellent customer service, sales and good problem-solving skills

· Detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented; capacity to work in both an independent and collaborative work environment

· Ability to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints

· Demonstrates a positive 'Can Do' attitude

· Knowledge of Windows-based computer applications (proficiency in Excel & Word)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
