Ethical Leadership Strategist
to collaborate with
SHARP Leadership Academy
on a
contract-based, commission-only
basis.

This role is for professionals who believe leadership should be built on
standards, integrity, and accountability
— not optics, manipulation, or pressure-driven tactics.

Role Philosophy

This is
not a traditional sales role
.

You will act as a
strategic connector
, helping mission-aligned organizations explore ethical leadership, culture repair, and educator resilience.

No sales deception. No pressure tactics. No cheap shortcuts.

All conversations are grounded in transparency, informed consent, and values alignment.

Contract Structure

  • Independent contractor
  • Commission-only (no fixed salary)
  • 90-day pilot contract
  • Renewal only if agreed KPIs are met

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage mission-aligned organizations (Canada & USA)
  • Initiate ethical, values-based conversations with decision-makers
  • Qualify interest and book strategy conversations with the Founder
  • Support relationship follow-up and partnership momentum

Founder leads strategy, content, and closing.

You help open aligned doors.

Compensation

  • 15–20% commission on closed, collected revenue
  • High-ticket offerings ($8K–$25K per engagement)
  • Commission paid only after funds are received

90-Day Outcomes

  • Consistent, high-integrity outreach
  • 20–30 qualified strategy conversations booked
  • 3–5 organizational partnerships supported
  • $20K–$50K revenue contribution

This Role Is For You If You:

  • Have experience in partnerships, education, leadership, or consulting
  • Are comfortable with commission-only collaboration
  • Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and ethical judgment
  • Believe ethical leadership is a responsibility — not a trend

Experience in healthcare, education, or leadership development is a plus.
