General Manager (Integrator)

What You'll Do (Key Accountabilities):
- Organizational Integration:
Harmonize the major functions of the business, ensuring the Leadership Team is healthy, functional, and focused on the company's core goals. - Finance & Administration Leadership:
Directly accountable for the P&L and the execution of the Annual Business Plan, while overseeing the Finance and Admin departments. - Execute the Vision:
Partner with the President to translate high-level goals and cultural initiatives into a clear, stabilized operating plan that the team can execute with precision. - Drive the "Pulse":
Lead high-impact Level 10 meetings and Quarterly Pulses, utilizing the IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process to remove obstacles and drive accountability throughout the organization. - Process Excellence:
Create and maintain standardized best practices across all departments to ensure the guest experience meets and exceeds premium-level expectations.
