Role Summary:
The Project Manager will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support the go-to-market maturity of our products. You'll lead high-impact projects, collaborate across departments, and gain deep insights into technologies and workflows that fuel performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape operations and contribute to Magnet Forensics' growth and innovation. Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams associated with the evolution of our products and business processes
  • Drive project scope and objective activities, ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved and that scope is technically feasible and deliverable within project timeframes
  • Drive the delivery of multiple cross functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the process
  • Manage the relationship and expectations of external stakeholders/clients
  • Track product work items across multiple organizational groups
  • Perform risk management to identify risks and then drive decisions on risk acceptance, reduction or elimination
  • Provide status updates and escalate to Management as needed
  • Ensure prioritization and alignment of initiatives and that overall projects meet business and financial goals
  • Proactively manage change ensuring clear understanding of impacts and facilitate the decision-making process
  • Collaborate with our functional teams to ensure a smooth handover of project deliverables
  • Collaborate with hardware suppliers to implement processes that enable a high-performance supply chain.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Min 3-5 years' experience managing projects in software, product, go-to-market or business systems.
  • Sound knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and leading project teams
  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills
  • PMP, CAPM certifications considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits
  • The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

  • MIN: $72,100 - MID: $103,000 - MAX: $123,600 Currency: CAD
