Logistics & Installation Coordinator – Maternity Leave Contract

Pride Signs Limited is a North American leader in custom sign design, manufacturing, and installation. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Installation Coordinator to join our team on a Maternity Leave Contract. This role is essential in coordinating the shipment of signs and components across North America and supporting local installations that bring our clients' brands to life.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate shipments of signs and components across North America, including arranging and negotiating FTL/LTL transportation.
- Prepare and coordinate customs documentation for cross-border shipments into the U.S. and Canada.
- Process and maintain all shipping, service, and installation documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain daily installation and shipping schedules, updating local crews and subcontractors as required.
- Prepare installation work orders and follow up on service and installation updates.
- Enter updates into client portals and internal task systems.
- Arrange street permits, crane and lift rentals, traffic control plans, and police services as needed.
- Track shipments, manage freight damage claims, and provide shipping quotes to internal teams.
- Review completed jobs in the ERP system, verify accuracy of inputs, provide comments where required, mark the job as complete, and submit to Accounting for processing.
- Uphold Pride Signs' standards for safety, documentation quality, and customer service.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or a related role.
- Experience preparing customs documentation for cross-border shipments (asset).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address day-to-day logistics and scheduling challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (Epicor preferred).
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details
- Term: 12–18 months (maternity leave coverage)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Arrangement: On-site at our Cambridge facility
- Hours: Full-time
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months
Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
