We are looking for a Coordinator, Communications and Marketing to join our team in our Montreal office

The BFL CANADA Communications and Marketing Department is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator. The main role of this position will be to assist the team in coordinating and executing diverse tasks related to our service.

Your Day as a Coordinator, Communications and Marketing  

Marketing

  • Support the team in all the sales force requests regarding the updates and the layout of marketing documents, visuals and content.
  • Do the layout of the corporate documents in line with our image and our established policies.

Brand Promotion

  • Maintain the Online Store (adding new projects, content updates, continued improvements).
  • Provide support or assistance to the Montreal Office Manager for the internal events.
  • Track and manage the booking calendar for our corporate promotional material.
  • Manage the business Cards process.
  • Manage the stationary orders and diverse communication tools from our suppliers (printers, promotional items supplier).

Internal Communication

  • Assist the team in creating and distributing internal communications on our platforms (Intranet, TEAMS Channels, weekly Newsletter).
  • Support the communication Advisor in updating and improving our intranet.
  • Monitoring the activity of all our offices across Canada to ensure that all the information is distributed in a consistent way.
  • Manage the Department Mailbox and the filing system.

External Communication

  • Assist in updating simple content for the website (adding/deleting Content and photos).

Other

  • Assist and help with any other related communications and marketing tasks.
  • Support the corporate communications team in achieving the communication plans and strategies, as well as diverse communications and marketing projects;
  • Apply the visual identity standards to align the company's brand image.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in communications, marketing or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of MS-Office software.
  • Knowledge in Sharepoint, Microsoft TEAMS.
  • Knowledge in Graphic Design softwares.
  • Content creation and social media content, an asset.
  • Writing skills.
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English as the candidate will be required to interact in English with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) outside Quebec.
  • Rigor and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Autonomous and initiative.
  • Diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamism and Team Player.
