Position Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Power Recruitment Agency, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the sales and marketing strategies that drive our success. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, contributing to our mission while learning about the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract top-tier talent and clients.
  • Help manage our social media profiles by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and candidates.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Draft and edit compelling job descriptions and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with team members on sales outreach and follow-up activities.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for sales, marketing, and talent acquisition.
