He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder, Nicola Kilner.We are growing rapidly and we're looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with usWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORTheTotal Rewards Operations Specialist (M&A)is a hands-on, learning-focused contract role supporting HR-related activities related to M&A, integration, and post-integration projects. This position helps ensure that compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS processes are correctly aligned and executed as new teams become part of The Estée Lauder Companies. The Specialist will work closely with HR Operations, Total Rewards, IT, Finance, and Estée Lauder teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to process improvement initiatives as part of ongoing integration efforts.This is a hybrid (3 days in office) role based in ourTorontooffice.WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLESupport integration and post-merger activities, including employee data validation, job mapping, pay alignment, and benefit updatesPartner with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS teams to help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (e.g., Ceridian Dayforce)Assist in testing and troubleshooting HR systems to confirm proper setup, data flow, and calculationsParticipate in post-integration audits to confirm the accuracy of payroll and benefits dataContribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and build new, more efficient ways of working with Estée Lauder across HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards operationsSupport data analysis and validation to ensure information accuracy and complianceHelp identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical, scalable improvementsPartner with cross-functional teams to design and implement enhanced collaboration and reporting processes aligned with global standardsParticipate in testing and documenting new system functionalities or integrations as requiredSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONEMinimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, or Total RewardsAn understanding of compensation, benefits and payroll processes.Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or any other HRISStrong attention to detail, organization, data accuracy and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and curiosity about reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) plus AI/GeminiWHAT YOU'LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAMThere's a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
