Saskatoon SK SH V, Canada The Stylish Stork Mom & Baby Boutique Inc. Full time

We are looking for a warm, personable, and attentive Retail Sales Associate to join our Stylish Stork Mom & Baby team. In this role, you'll assist customers—often expectant parents, new families, and gift shoppers—in finding the perfect items from our curated selection of baby clothing, toys, gear, and accessories. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have a genuine love for helping families, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and supportive attitude
  • Assist customers in selecting baby products, offering advice based on product knowledge and customer needs
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the boutique's product lines, including apparel, nursery items, strollers, carseats, toys, and gifts
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Restock shelves and update product displays in line with seasonal and promotional themes
  • Educate customers on product safety, sizing, and suitability for different stages of baby development
  • Support boutique events (e.g., product demos, or community gatherings) as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service; experience in a children's or baby retail environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, caring, and patient demeanor—especially when working with new or expecting parents
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable lifting boxes (up to 30 lbs) and standing for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required
  • Social Media experience would be an assest
