JAE Consulting Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery across a diverse portfolio of medical and corporate roles.
What You Will Do:
- Source and attract qualified talent across various corporate and professional services roles
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
- Screen and assess candidates using best‑practice methodologies and strong industry knowledge
- Manage candidate activity, pipelines, and communications within the CRM/ATS with accuracy and compliance
- Document all LinkedIn and external outreach activity in internal systems
- Act as a strategic talent advisor, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
- Use recruiting data and metrics to solve complex hiring challenges and guide decision‑making
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for select roles when required
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and employer branding initiatives
- Attend team meetings to share recruitment updates and stay aligned on active mandates
- Uphold JAE Consulting Inc.'s values, policies, and procedures
- Perform additional duties as needed in a fast‑moving consulting environment
What You Bring:
- Experience in talent sourcing and/or full‑cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- A data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on recruiting metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience recruiting across various sectors in corporate or professional services roles (an asset)
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
