JAE Consulting Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery across a diverse portfolio of medical and corporate roles.

What You Will Do:

  • Source and attract qualified talent across various corporate and professional services roles
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
  • Screen and assess candidates using best‑practice methodologies and strong industry knowledge
  • Manage candidate activity, pipelines, and communications within the CRM/ATS with accuracy and compliance
  • Document all LinkedIn and external outreach activity in internal systems
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
  • Use recruiting data and metrics to solve complex hiring challenges and guide decision‑making
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for select roles when required
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and employer branding initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Experience in talent sourcing and/or full‑cycle recruitment
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on recruiting metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting across various sectors in corporate or professional services roles (an asset)
