The role and what we are looking for

We are looking for a customer service focused individual with strong attention to detail and administration skills to join our team to support the provision of the Capricorn Mutual product. The Mutual protection product is kind of like insurance, but different. Think of it as an alternative to insurance


• The risk services officer is the first point of contract for our Members and the role includes:


• Delivering excellent customer service.


• Receiving inbound calls.


• Providing protection quotes.


• Making changes to Members' protections and policies.


• Providing administrative support to the sales team.


• The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and previous customer service and administration experience.
