Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced
Mobile Developer
to lead the next evolution of our Flutter-based cross-platform app. You'll design key features, guide architectural decisions, and act as a
technical coach
to strengthen team capabilities and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive development of Flutter-based mobile applications with native integrations where needed.
  • Serve as a technical mentor, introducing new tools and practices to improve team performance.
  • Recommend and implement architectural improvements for scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Backend) to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps integration.
  • Oversee technology governance and ensure alignment with company's tech vision.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Tech Stack:

  • Frontend:
    Flutter/Dart (with some native Android/iOS integrations)
  • Backend:
    Java (Spring/Spring Boot), RESTful APIs
  • Cloud & DevOps:
    AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git/Gerrit
  • Databases:
    Oracle, MongoDB

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in
    mobile development
    (Android/iOS) with strong expertise in
    Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter (Dart)
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    mobile architecture
    , third-party libraries (Retrofit, OkHttp, Glide, Ktor, etc.), and testing frameworks.
  • Experience in
    security, data management, and performance optimization
    .
  • Strong collaboration skills and interest in expanding into
    full-stack development
    .
  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about emerging mobile technologies.
