Acrobatics Arts Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented acrobat to join our expanding team for the 2026/2027 dance season. The ideal candidate will be certified to instruct Acrobatic Arts, to age 5 to adult.
Position
- Commitment to our 2026/2027 Dance Season. (Sept-June)
- Strong background in Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, urban/jazz funk or Musical Theatre is ideal for instructor fill in.
- Full time hours can be discussed depending on disciplines.
- Experience with competitive dance is an asset.
- Organize and participate in recitals, showcases, or other performance opportunities for students.
- Relocation to Labrador City, NL (Labrador)with living accommodations included.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Proven experience in teaching dance and a strong ability to Choreograph routines.
- Ability to create lesson plans that cater to different learning dance styles and abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students and parents effectively.
- A passion for working with children, teens, young adults and adults, and helping them develop their dance skills in a fun environment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
