We are currently seeking a full time General Carpenter to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities and Duties include:

· Ability to read scope of work to determine method of installation, work procedures, materials and tool requirements.

· Working knowledge of rough and finish carpentry.

· Demonstrates the safe operation of all other tools required for onsite construction.

· Follows all health and safety policies and procedures and adheres to company standards at customer sites.

· Maintains good housekeeping discipline on the job to ensure a safe, non-cluttered workplace to minimize cross contamination.

· Ensures quality control targets and timelines are met or exceeded.

· Maintains professional and service focused approach with property owner, occupants of the property, co-workers, and sub-contractors.

· Working knowledge of dry-walling, taping, texturing and painting an asset.

Qualifications Required:

· Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses.

· Ability to solve basic arithmetic problems quickly and accurately.

· Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

· Minimum 2 years' experience and proven track record in home building or related industry.
