Starlight Med Spa is a 17× award-winning medical aesthetics clinic, recognized for excellence in advanced treatments, luxury client experience, and results-driven care. We are seeking a skilled, confident, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, cutting-edge technology, and building long-term client relationships.

This role is not for someone who is uncomfortable selling. This is for confident, driven aestheticians who want to build loyal clients, close high-value packages, and earn accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Treatment Excellence

• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, Morpheus8, body contouring, and other medical aesthetic services
• Conduct in-depth consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver consistent, safe, and results-driven treatments aligned with best practices

Client Experience

• Provide exceptional, high-touch client care from consultation through post-treatment follow-up
• Educate clients on skin health, treatment plans, and home care routines
• Build trust, loyalty, and long-term client relationships

Sales & Growth

• Lead confident, results-driven consultations that convert into high-value treatment plans and packages
• Educate clients in a persuasive, ethical way that drives strong service and retail sales
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales, AAV, and rebooking targets
• Upsell advanced treatments when clinically appropriate
• Build long-term client relationships that result in repeat bookings and referrals

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain a pristine, organized, and treatment-ready workspace
• Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention protocols
• Follow clinic policies, documentation standards, and professional guidelines

Brand & Social Presence

• Manage and create content for your professional social media account to attract new clients and nurture existing ones
• Represent the Starlight Med Spa brand with professionalism, consistency, and care

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Aesthetician License in Ontario (required)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetician experience (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Confidence in consultative selling and treatment planning
• Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment
