Max Die Group also has extensive experience & knowledge in Hot Stamp Die process, Dies for Parts needing Ultra High Strength steels, Rapid Prototype, Die Maintenance and Repair, Machining, Design, Press Tryout and Low Volume/Temporary production. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance/ Millwright / Press Repair to add value to our Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
  • Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
  • Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and mechanical presses, welders, laser machines
  • Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain continuity between shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Keep and update maintenance records as required.
  • Assist in general maintenance as directed.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Any additional duties as assigned by management
  • Supporting other facilities as required

Qualifications and Experience:

· Valid 433A - Industrial Mechanic Millwright License

· 5 years experience

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving attributes
  • Working knowledge of safety standards of equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team, as well as independently
