COOK (Part-time)

Varied Shifts ( 0 – 74 hours bi-weekly)

Job Requirements:

Experience in quantity food preparation.

  • Knowledge of food and its preparation. Familiarity with the use of kitchen.
  • Knowledge of Special and Therapeutic Diets.
  • Ability to direct and supervise others.
  • Ability to understand oral and written directions.
  • Knowledge of the Ontario Food Premises Regulation and Canada's Food Guide.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk short distances throughout the day.
  • Red Seal Certification preferred.

Salary: Per hour as per wage grid.
