Level Up Wellness Group is a boutique, integrated wellness clinic providing evidence-informed, whole-person care through a collaborative multidisciplinary team. We support clients across the lifespan and provide services ranging from counselling and assessments to medical consultation and wellness support.

Role Description

This is a long term contractor, in-person role for a Nurse Practitioner at Level Up Wellness Group, located in Beaumont, AB. We are hiring with the intention of a
long-term relationship
and are looking for a provider who wants to grow their caseload with LUWG

The Nurse Practitioner will provide care to patients across all age groups, performing health assessments, diagnosing health conditions, developing treatment plans, and managing chronic illnesses. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive health and wellness services, including mental health care. Other responsibilities include educating patients on health promotion, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the organization's holistic approach to care.

Saturday availability required. Starting at 8–10 hours per week, with potential to grow for the right candidate. We are looking for a provider who can build a steady, sustainable caseload while providing excellent client care and collaborating with our other nurse practitioners and mental health providers.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare practice skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
  • Specializing in mental health care, including diagnosis, assessment and treatment
  • Uses a functional approach to medicine
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • A current license as a Nurse Practitioner in Alberta and active registration with the relevant professional regulatory body
  • Experience working with patients across all age groups, utilizing a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach
  • Commitment to fostering patient-centered, holistic care practices
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in providing care in an in-person clinical setting is preferred
