- Performing systematic audits of field data collection, and creating actionable reports that drive program improvement
- Developing automated quality checks and data extraction scripts to systematically identify missing captures, quality issues, and areas requiring process changes
- Conducting occasional site visits to understand field operations firsthand and translate observations into improved quality standards and fielder training materials

- Educational Requirements: Background in GIS, Engineering, Computer Science, telecommunications, or data analysis; University/College/Technical School Graduate or equivalent combination of experience and training
- QA/QC & Process Management: Experience establishing quality standards, performing systematic audits, and implementing process improvements; ability to create and track quality metrics
- Technical Integration Skills: Ability to bridge field operations with data analytics, develop automated quality checks using scripting, and work with multiple technical domains including telecom design
- Strategic Communication: Strong ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders, translate data insights into actionable reports, and provide hands-on training to field teams
- Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Process-oriented with quality management mindset, well-organized, and able to identify data gaps and quality issues that drive meaningful program improvements
