Helpdesk Technician H/F/N

Pour nos site de Montréal et Beauharnois, nous recherchons un spécialiste du support informatique hautement qualifié pour fournir une assistance technique à notre personnel. 
À ce titre, vous serez notamment chargé d'assurer la disponibilité optimale de nos technologies matérielles et logicielles, d'améliorer les performances du système et de sécuriser les données. 
Vous devrez également fournir des conseils sur la mise à niveau de l'équipement informatique.
Le support informatique surveille et entretient les systèmes informatiques de l'entreprise, installe et configure le matériel et les logiciels, et résout les problèmes techniques.

Au sein de votre équipe #OneTeam

  • Déploiement et maintenance des postes de travail, assistance aux utilisateurs
  • Traitement des tickets utilisateurs Cloud OVH (Monde)
  • Traiter les demandes directes des collaborateurs Cloud d'OVH (Monde entier)
  • Préparer des postes informatiques pour les nouveaux arrivants
  • Aide sur les connexions pendant les déplacements
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des réseaux et des connexions
  • Suivi des opérations de maintenance
  • Mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques adaptées aux problèmes rencontrés
  • Veillez à rapporter à vos supérieurs hiérarchiques
  • Installation physique : réseau, bureau, divers équipements
  • Gestion des stocks : Stockage, Inventaires
  • Traitement d'un minimum de 60 tickets par semaine

Compétences requises :

  • Un baccalauréat en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou similaire

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que spécialiste du support informatique

  • Une capacité exceptionnelle à fournir un support technique et à résoudre les requêtes

  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication

  • Une capacité à respecter des délais stricts
