We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join a high-performing team focused on delivering precise, high-quality lidar and terrain products. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the production process, ensuring that all mapping products meet exacting client and internal standards. You'll collaborate closely with technical leads and peers while having the autonomy to apply your expertise in lidar processing and quality control.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
- Process lidar data according to project requirements, including boresight, TerraScan macro development, manual editing/QC, and generating derived products.
- Conduct independent quality reviews of other staff members' work and perform final verification to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to the team and clients, including reporting project status and progress.
- Analyze processes to recommend improvements, develop software utilities, and apply innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Remain current on industry standards, company procedures, and QHSSE policies, ensuring compliance across all projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–8 years of production experience in lidar data processing, derived terrain products, or related mapping fields.
- Working knowledge of lidar software: Microstation, TerraSolid, LP360, GeoCue, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, LASTools, and similar tools.
- Thorough understanding of lidar technology, data quality, and relevant industry standards; ASPRS certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional travel for training.
